\TONY2 300x225 Tony Noyer: Best massage in London\

Tony explains the Swedish Massage technique:

“I use Swedish Massage as it’s a very calming and relaxing style of muscle manipulation.

Comprised of long-flowing strokes across the body which stimulates blood and lymph circulation, it warms the muscles and encourages the removal of metabolic wastes and toxins from the body. It is also very helpful in the removal of post-exercise lactic acid from the muscles, so aiding faster recovery

The client lies on a professional padded massage table, which is covered in freshly-laundered towelling and single-use tissue. A full-length towel is placed over the parts of your body not being massaged for your discretion. The room is clean, warm and calm. Soft ambient music (if required) is played.

I use organic almond oil for the base oil, and add aromatherapy oils to enhance the sense of relaxation or to energise depending on your requirements. If you prefer not to use aromatherpy, then just the fragrance-free base oil will be used.

Each treatment is tailored to your specific need. It can be a very calming and relaxing treatment or more stimulating, with deep tissue techniques to release tight muscles – many of my client’s prefer a combination of both.

You can use massage as a form of relaxation, to help cope with today’s hectic pace, loosen muscles knotted by poor posture or as part of your recovery program from exercising.

Whatever the reason, it will aid to a greater sense of well-being in mind as well as body!

If you have any questions about any aspect of the treatment, please feel free to call me.”
